Superman was born Kal-El on the planet Krypton. He was sent by his parents to the earth as an infant by his scientist father moments before the planet’s destruction. He was then adopted and raised by a Kansas farmer and his wife as Clark Kent. As early, he already started to display superhuman abilities, which upon reaching maturity he resolved to use for the benefit of humanity.
